Poco Bero Brand Identity and package Design

Poco Bero reached out to me looking to develop unique branding and package design to attract their ideal customer base. We worked together through my branding process to develop a cohesive visual identity that communicates an elevated, high-quality product, instills massive perceived value, differentiates them from competitors and utilizes branding to set them up for a successful launch.
Capitalizing on the current lack of creative branding or thoughtful packaging in the market created a huge opportunity for Poco Bero to stand out in their field through design alone. A selection of visual inspiration was pulled from adjacent markets such as grocery, cooking and beverage subscription boxes to inform my work on creating a lively, instantly identifiable package that communicates the quality of the goods within.
By honing in on Poco Bero’s target demographic - consumers who do not use wood fired pizza ovens or offset smokers because they are convenient, but rather because it is an art that they gain satisfaction from - I designed bold, attractive branding that will naturally appeal to their ideal user, thus automatically making sales easier and increasing market fit.
Though their first offering is pizza cut wood, Poco Bero required branding that has the ability to be versatile enough for the company to develop and diversify their product portfolio over time without needing drastic alteration. The resulting straightforward packaging is able to be effectively adjusted for future offerings such as smoking woods, portable pizza ovens and culinary accessories, while maintaining the brand’s signature bold simplicity.
Interested in working together? I’d love to hear from you.
